How to Use Shatavari Powder: A Daily Ayurvedic Ritual

Shatavari in Ayurveda is dedicated to cooling, hydrating, and revitalizing the entire system. How to ritualise

Stir:

Take level teaspoon (approx 3g) in warm milk, a protein shake, or a morning bowl of oats.

Whisk:

Blend well to release its slightly sweet, earthy undertones.

Nourish:

Sip with intention, allowing the cooling properties to work.

Note:

Integrate it in your daily routine for atleast 30 days. To enhance absorption, its best taken with small amount of healthy fat (like warm milk or ghee), which helps carry its cooling nutrients deep into your system.

Storage:

Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight. Ensure the lid is tightened after every ritual to prevent moisture from entering.
