How to ritualise

Stir:

Add 1 level teaspoon (approx 3g) to warm water, milk, oats or your smoothie.

Whisk:

Blend thoroughly to release the earthy aroma.

Breathe:

Take three deep breaths as you sip, allowing the root to settle your energy.

Note:

As you sip, visualize roots growing from your feet into the earth. With every exhale, release one thing that is no longer serving you today.

Storage:
